As promised, I write to give you some feedback on our experience working with you on our new kitchen.
When I was researching suppliers for our worktops your website was very attractive and extremely informative – it provided me with everything that I needed to know about what I was buying – the online quote system is very good and allowed us to see immediately that you were very competitively priced. However, it was our visit to your showroom that clinched the deal – you looked after us superbly and we left confident that you would do a good job and that we were buying a quality product. Subsequently, you answered all of our questions and helped us with good advice.
No-one can complain about the quality of your granite, but it is your people that make you stand out as a truly excellent company. The guys that came to template were very careful and made sure that we knew what we were doing and that we had considered all of the options – we had discounted splash back on one worktop because the wall is not true but your guys showed us how we could achieve what we wanted simply.
The installers were truly amazing – so professional and very careful to achieve the perfect result we hoped for. Despite a small problem with my plumbing, they were patient and worked quickly and carefully to complete the perfect job – we could not have asked for more from them.
The result is superb – I will send a photo soon – we are absolutely delighted with the worktops and thoroughly recommend your services to anyone who is looking for the perfect finish to their kitchen – I doubt that the job could have been done any better by anyone! Rest assured that we will recommend you whenever we are asked who provided our worktops and will pass on the brochures we have to our friends – the best recommendation of all.
